Pre-Chargeback management with IXOPAY Payments Intelligence

On the IXOPAY Payments Intelligence platform, you can efficiently manage disputes before they escalate into formal chargebacks which is crucial for protecting your fees and bottom lines. The Pre-Chargeback Alerts Dashboard empowers you to take proactive control of potential disputes by providing real-time visibility and decisive action - through refund authorization, logged outcomes and active status management.

By integrating Ethoca and Verifi through the IXOPAY Payments Intelligence platform, you can shift from reactive dispute management to proactive prevention. This integration acts as a "buffer zone" that catches potential chargebacks before they officially impact your dispute ratio or incur bank fees. IXOPAY Payments Intelligence utilizes Ethoca Alerts and Verifi RDR/CDRN to intercept the potential dispute process, through a unified dashboard, so instead of managing two separate portals, you can receive all Mastercard and Visa alerts in a single "No-Code" interface. To manage your pre-chargebacks, navigate to Alerts → Pre-Chargebacks, where you can view your dashboard of Pre-Chargebacks, with related details on potential disputed amounts, scheme, etc. These Pre-chargebacks can be further filtered as per action required and resolved, searched as per alert ID, exported (local storage in CSV file), and explored with additional event details in data columns. Further, each pre-chargeback alert can be actioned by clicking on the ‘Review’ button.

On clicking the ‘Review' button, the pre-chargeback initiated can be 'Refunded', 'Not Refunded' or 'Not Settled’ (i.e. open status) and you can log an outcome on records for monitoring.

You can also access your Pre-Chargebacks through the Alerts button on the top menu.
