USIO
USIO is a US-based fintech and payment processor founded in 1998 and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. It provides integrated payment processing across credit and debit cards, ACH and electronic checks, prepaid card issuing, and Buy Now Pay Later, alongside PayFac-as-a-Service and electronic bill presentment and payment. USIO is a Nacha Certified third-party sender and serves SaaS platforms, lending and fintech companies, nonprofits, and government agencies, making it a significant provider of embedded payment solutions in the North American market.
How to connect with USIO
To connect with USIO you would need to obtain their API credentials. USIO exposes its reporting data through the USIO Payments 2.0 Web API, so no SFTP access is required for the standard integration. If you do not have these already then a Merchant ID, API Login and API Password need to be requested from USIO for each Merchant Account you want to connect.

Merchant ID The Merchant Identification Number assigned by USIO, used to identify the merchant account the data is retrieved for

Login The API username used for authentication against the USIO Payments API

Password The API password associated with the API Login, used for authentication against the USIO Payments API
Importing Historical Data
During the onboarding process with IXOPAY Payments Intelligence, you can import historical data from USIO. Please reach out to the IXOPAY Payments Intelligence team to confirm which data can be historically downloaded.
