Ixopay (TokenEx)

The TokenEx product offered by Ixopay is a versatile cloud tokenization platform that provides businesses with a secure way to accept, store, and transact sensitive data. TokenEx supports a wide range of secure data collection methods, enabling companies to capture and exchange sensitive information across multiple channels with ease. Its advanced features, such as network tokenization, 3-D Secure authentication, and automated account updating, empower businesses to minimize false declines, reduce PCI compliance scope, and prevent fraud while maintaining seamless third-party integrations.

Ixopay Payments Intelligence portal is made available to TokenEx customers in the Payments Intelligence (PI) Basic package - enabling basic analytics on transaction events, declines and fees, and IXONav. TokenEx customers can upgrade from PI Basic to unlock the full suite of Ixopay PI capabilities.

How to Connect with TokenEx

During the onboarding the TokenEx, Ixopay Payments Intelligence data connection will be activated as a backend configuration for the PI Basic package. If you have any questions on how this works, please contact your Onboarding Manager or the Customer Support.

Once enabled, you can view the status of your TokenEx integrations in the User Profile → Connections dashboard on the Ixopay Payments Intelligence portal.

Ingestion Data Schema:

For all TokenEx customers enabled on the Ixopay Payments Intelligence portal, the following raw data reports (from the TokenEx platform) are ingested, transformed, normalized and made available for analytics in the Ixopay Payments Intelligence portal. This ensures parity of your payments data in terms of completeness, accuracy and timeliness between the TokenEx and Ixopay Payments Intelligence portal.
